The theme for the 2020 Re-sonate Convention is Authenticity.
What does it mean to be authentic? By textbook definition, being authentic means to be genuine and your true self. But, what does it mean to be authentic in the workplace? One could say it is having the drive to strive for personal growth and always exploring ways for more creativity that is pushed from being your genuine self. This year, we hope to spark the discussion of how to be your truest self in the workplace and the importance of representing your nature and beliefs.
