Meera Ruxmohan - Executive Director
Year: Senior
Major: Electrical and Computer Engineering
Bio: Meera Ruxmohan is a fourth-year Electrical and Computer Engineering student at the University of Texas at Austin. At UT, she formerly served as the Vice President of Women in ECE and Internal Relations Director of Re-sonate. This summer, she’s working on a VS extension as a Software Engineering Intern under the 1ES team at Microsoft to better analyze cache build performance.To her, Re-sonate is a safe place to hold meaningful and authentic conversations, as well as bring women to the forefront of technology.
Fun Fact: According to MyAnimeList, I’ve watched 116 anime series (my manga list isn’t up-to-date).
Sanjana Kapoor - Corporate Relations Director
Year: Senior
Major: Computer Science
Bio: Sanjana Kapoor is a fourth year Computer Science student at the University of Texas at Austin. This past summer, she was a Software Engineering Intern at Facebook. You can sometimes find her working in the GDC Atrium or getting take-out from Chipotle. For Sanjana, Re-sonate is a way women can prepare themselves for entering tech fields by developing a strong peer network and strengthening their technical skills.
Fun Fact: I do a lot of 1000-2000 piece puzzles. I really want to try a 10000 piece one soon.
Shreyashee (Shreya) Bhattacharjee - Resource Director
Year: Junior
Major: Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics, Space Track
Bio: Shreya is currently in her second year at the University of Texas at Austin. With a keen interest in entrepreneurship, she joined WIELD Texas to help her pursue her goals. Apart from that, she’s also involved in Kappa Phi Gamma Sorority and the Society of Women Engineers. Through those orgs and her involvement in Re-sonate, she hopes to pave the road for more women leaders and entrepreneurs in technology. She also recently started a YouTube channel/blog about college life called “Simply Shreya.”
Fun Fact: I went to the Galapagos on a school trip and swam with wild sharks:)
Sana Hameed - Logistics and Marketing Director
Year: Senior
Major: Management Information Systems
Bio: Sana Hameed is a fourth year Management Information Systems student at UT Austin. She’s passionate about the intersection of digital innovation and strategy, and loves applying the skills she’s learned across industries. For Sana, Re-sonate is an opportunity to empower women with the tools they need to bolster their confidence and pave their way in a male-dominated field.
Fun Fact: I live in a traditional joint family of 10 people, so quarantine has been pure chaos.
Lindia Tjuatja - Campus Relations Director
Year: Junior
Major: Electrical Engineering and Linguistics
Bio: Lindia Tjuatja is a third year Electrical Engineering and Linguistics student at UT Austin. This past summer, she did linguistics research with Dr. Beavers in verb semantics. Around campus, she’s an officer for Eta Kappa Nu and a member of the Roden Leadership Program. You can sometimes spot her in the music building with her viola or kayaking at Barton. For Lindia, Re-sonate is a way for women across disciplines to connect and gain confidence in tech-related fields.
Fun Fact: I took care of Matthew McConaughey’s nanny’s cat last summer (his name is Otis)!
Tiffany Ngo - Social Director
Year: Sophomore
Major: Mathematics and Informatics, Business minor, Elements of Computing certificate
Bio: Tiffany Ngo is a second-year Mathematics and Informatics double major with a minor in Business and an Elements of Computing/Programming Certificate! She hopes to work at the intersection of people and technology - aiming to improve the human experience. As an extrovert, she’s always looking to be a part of thriving environments. You can always find her at a fried chicken joint or learning how to cook on her cooking Instagram!

Re-sonate Founder
Sanika Phanse - Founder
Year: Senior
Major: Electrical and Computer Engineering
Bio: Sanika Phanse is currently completing her final year at the University of Texas at Austin as an Electrical and Computer Engineering Major, minoring in History. This summer she will be interning as a software engineer at MongoDB. In the past, she has interned at both Google and Arm. At UT, she serves as a TA and is an active member of both the Camp Kesem and entrepreneurial communities. As someone who often finds that she is the only woman and/or person of color in a room, Sanika is passionate about empowering traditionally underrepresented groups and bringing equity to the tech industry.
Fun Fact: I love dancing and have been learning Kathak for over 16 years!
