Giselle Valenzuela Aldridge is an entrepreneur and software engineer with more than fifteen years of experience making people laugh while writing software.  She is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Colossians Consulting, which helps E-commerce companies by providing data analytics and visualization as well as data science services.  In her spare time, Giselle is one of the community leaders of AnitaB.org Austin and is a sought after speaker at conferences nationwide.  She successfully closed a 30% pay gap for herself and educates other women and other underrepresented folks on how to do it for themselves.
